工程造价的控制与管理是一个动态的过程,市场经济的变化多端,使工程投资的确定与控制变得更为复杂,这就需要业主对工程造价的管理始终贯穿于项目的全过程。本文通过对业主全过程工程造价的管理的重要性的分析,提出业主方在决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、实施阶段及结算审核阶段全过程工程造价的控制管理中应采取的措施,希望有所作用。
