本文介绍了在不同温度下,按国标GB3091—82规定的条件和方法,对镀锌管进行硫酸铜浸渍试验,得出浸渍次数与温度关系的一组数据,采用回归分析法处理,求得浸渍次数与温度之问的回归方程,经一定换算得出可直接应用于镀锌层均匀性试验中的浸渍次数与温度之间量的关系式。经试验表明,在一定温度范围内,采用此法,不必使用调温、控温等设施,能方便、准确地进行测定,并符合标准要求。
