以麻花艽为试材,将麻花艽与青海传统农作物小麦、油菜、蚕豆套种,观察不同套种作物对麻花艽出苗数、保苗数、生物量及有效成分含量的影响,以期为麻花艽栽培套种提供科学依据。结果表明:与小麦套种的麻花艽出苗数、保苗数高,而与蚕豆、油菜套种的麻花艽出苗数、保苗数低;小麦播种量在18kg/667m2、油菜保苗1.2万株/667m2、蚕豆保苗1.7万株/667m2时,套种作物产量高、麻花艽出苗数多,根长更长、根茎粗更粗、单株根鲜重和根干重更重。故青海农业区种植麻花艽时,应以小麦、青稞等禾谷类作物作为套种的首选作物。
The experiment was carried out to study the effects of different intercropping crops on emergence number, seedling number, biomass and active ingredient of traditional Chinese crop of wheat, canola and broad bean in Qinghai, Scientific basis. The results showed that the number of seedlings and the number of seedlings in the intercropping with wheat were higher than those in the wheat intercropping, but the number of seedlings and the number of seedlings in the intercropping with broad bean and rape were low. The seeding rate was 18kg / 667m2 in wheat and 12,000 in rape seedlings / 667m2, 17,000 plants / 667m2, the intercropping crop yield was high, the number of emergence was higher, the root length was longer, the rhizome thicker, the root fresh weight and root dry weight were heavier. Therefore, the cultivation of agricultural areas in Qinghai twist, should be wheat, barley and other cereal crops as the preferred crop intercropping.
