目的 观察次声对兔脑电活动的影响。方法 新西兰白兔分别暴露于频率为 8Hz和 1 6Hz、声压为 90dB和 1 30dB的次声场内 2 0min ,采用EEGHolter记录穿颅皮层脑电波的活动变化。结果 在 1 6Hz次声作用下 ,实验兔脑电慢波出现量明显增多。结论 声强为 90dB和 1 30dB的 1 6Hz次声波对实验兔脑电活动有一定抑制作用
Objective To observe the effect of infrasound on EEG activity in rabbits. Methods New Zealand white rabbits were exposed to infrasound with frequency of 8Hz and 16Hz, sound pressure of 90dB and 130dB for 20min respectively. EEGHolter was used to record the changes of electroencephalogram in the cranial cortex. Results Under the action of infrasound of 1 6 Hz, the appearance of EEG slow wave increased obviously. Conclusion The 16 Hz infrasound with sound intensity of 90 dB and 130 dB has some inhibitory effect on the EEG activity in experimental rabbits
