为降低装载机制动盘在环境恶劣和频繁制动的工况下的变形,以ZL50装载机制动盘为研究对象,了解制动盘的振动特性,运用有限元和静动态理论建立制动盘有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,并提出了制动盘改进方案。结果表明:改进后制动盘第1阶模态频率增加40.6 Hz,第2阶模态频率增加32.77 Hz,变形减小量约为原来变形量的10%,从而降低了制动盘的振动变形及疲劳破坏。
In order to reduce the deformation of loader disc under harsh environments and frequent braking conditions, ZL50 disc brake disc is taken as the research object to understand the vibration characteristics of disc brake. The finite element and static dynamic theory is used to establish the limited brake disc Metamodel, modal analysis of the model, and proposed a brake disc improvement program. The results show that the first mode frequency of the brake disc increases by 40.6 Hz, the second mode frequency increases by 32.77 Hz and the deformation reduction is about 10% of the original one, which reduces the vibration deformation of the brake disc And fatigue damage.
