健康长寿是人类梦寐以求的理想,也是健康老龄化的重要标志。实践证明,健康长寿的因素很多,最基本的是:合理饮食,适量运动,戒烟限酒,心理平衡四大因素。在这四大因素中最重要、也是最难做到的是心理平衡。按照老人们的话说叫做:“心情舒畅,比啥都强。”有一位年逾九旬的高寿老人把他的健康长寿经验概括为六个字——乐而康,康而寿。即:以乐善生。现代医学研究
