水利部计量办公室为了各质检机构在申请国家计量认证及复查换证时正确选用标准，适时公布一些相关标准供参考。本刊２００１年第２期，发表了部计量办公室公布的，由该室委托松辽流域水资源保护局李青山总工完成的供水环境监测实验室参考使用的《水环境标准》。这次刊登的是部计量办公室公布的，由该室委托长科院陈华康教高完成的，供水利水电行业综合类实验室常用或参考的标准。此类标准可供科研、设计、施工及水利水电高等院校实验室申请认证或复查换证时参考。
The Metrology Office of the Ministry of Water Resources correctly selects standards for quality inspection organizations when applying for national metrology certification and review and renewal, and publishes relevant standards for reference in due course. In the second issue of this issue, published in the 2nd issue of the Ministry of Metrology Office, the Ministry of Water Resources Environmental Protection Laboratory of the Songliao River Water Resources Protection Bureau appointed Li Qingshan, the chief engineer completed the reference to the use of the “Water Environment Standards.” This publication was published by the Ministry of Metrology and was commissioned by the Department to commission the Permanent Institute of Science and Technology, Professor Chen Huakang, to complete the standards that are commonly used or referenced in the laboratory of the integrated water supply and hydropower industry. Such standards can be used for scientific research, design, construction, and water conservancy and hydropower university laboratories to apply for certification or review renewal of reference.
