目的 :分析呼吸机相关性肺炎的致病菌和药敏。方法 :通过人工气道采用无菌吸痰管吸出深部痰 ,确定标本合格后做痰培养及药敏。结果 :共培养出致病菌 111株 ,前 3位致病菌分别为铜绿假单胞菌、不动杆菌和肠杆菌属 ,药敏显示多重耐药现象严重。结论 :为尽量避免呼吸机相关性肺炎 ,应强化无菌观念 ,重视痰的细菌培养和药敏测定 ,更合理的联合用药。
Objective: To analyze the pathogens and drug sensitivity of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods: The artificial sputum suction tube through the artificial airway suction deep phlegm, to determine the qualified sputum culture and drug sensitivity. Results: A total of 111 pathogenic bacteria were co-cultured. The first three pathogenic bacteria were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter and Enterobacter sp. Conclusion: In order to avoid ventilator-associated pneumonia, we should strengthen the concept of aseptic bacteria, attach importance to sputum bacterial culture and drug sensitivity determination, more reasonable combination therapy.
