做好离退休人员管理的工作,为他们服务好,使们安享晚年,是公司义不容辞的责任。离休干部的管理服务工作也出现了不少新问题、新情况,这需要退管工作人员不断进行退管工作创新理论研究。一是要加强做好离退休工作的紧迫性和重要性认识,从服务上实现由被动服务向主动服务的转变。二是要时刻把离退休人员的政治生活待遇落实放在首要位置。三是要心系离退休人员的冷暖。四是要把老年文体娱乐活动和健康工程发展工作做好。五是积极为离退休人员发挥余热作用创建平台。六是要加强离退休工作部门制度建设。
