针对采煤机摇臂下降过程中出现的下降压力高、摇臂抖动而引起调高系统相关元器件损坏现象,设计一种新型带节流功能的液力锁替代老式液力锁。以流体力学分析作为理论依据,建立采煤机摇臂下降油缸腔体和回路压力平衡方程,找出结果改善因子。以某型采煤机进行试验,得到相关性曲线,与理论计算相符合,摇臂下降压力和抖动现象得到明显改善。
In view of the high descent pressure and the jitter of the rocker arm caused by the falling of the rocker arm of the shearer, the damage of the related components of the system is raised, and a new hydraulic lock with throttle function is designed to replace the old hydraulic lock. Taking hydrodynamics analysis as the theoretical basis, the pressure balance equation of cavity and circuit in the cylinder of lowering arm of shearer is established, and the improvement factor of the result is found out. With a type of coal shearer, the correlation curve is obtained, which is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation and the descending pressure and jitter of the rocker arms are obviously improved.
