Since the clinical application of electronic laryngoscope, laryngeal disease diagnosis and treatment has achieved good results 〔1 ~ 4〕. However, the electronic laryngoscope biopsy forceps bite range and occlusal force is small, less clamping tissue, so in the removal of the larger lesions in the larynx and the new biopsy there are limitations. Our department from September 2003 to May 2004 under the electronic laryngoscope with laryngeal polyp forceps successfully overcome the above deficiencies?
