介绍一种利用劳埃德镜测量微薄物体厚度的新方法,该方法利用光的干涉原理,借助条纹间距的改变来测出物体的厚度。结果表明,该方法不仅操作简单,而且测量结果具有较高准确性,是一种可行的方法。
A new method for measuring the thickness of a thin object using Lloyd’s mirrors is introduced. The method uses the interference principle of light to measure the thickness of an object by means of the change of fringe spacing. The results show that this method is not only simple to operate, but also has high accuracy of measurement results. It is a feasible method.
