目的:研究近年来吉林省食品污染物和食源性致病菌的监测情况。方法:对2002~2007年食品污染物、食源性致病菌中的铅、镉、农药、食品添加剂、沙门菌、单增李斯特菌等监测指标的监测情况进行比较。结果:从吉林省食品污染物和食源性致病菌监测数据分析,食品中铅、镉、沙门菌、单增李斯特菌污染比较严重,应加强监测力度逐年扩大食品品种和监测项目。结论:为探索吉林省食品污染物和食源性致病菌对人体的危害状况提供了科学依据。
Objective: To study the monitoring of food contaminants and food-borne pathogens in Jilin Province in recent years. Methods: The monitoring results of food contaminants, lead, cadmium, pesticides, food additives, Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes in foodborne pathogens from 2002 to 2007 were compared. Results: According to the monitoring data of food contaminants and food-borne pathogens in Jilin Province, the pollution of lead, cadmium, Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes was rather serious in foodstuffs. Monitoring and expanding the food varieties and monitoring items should be strengthened year by year. Conclusion: This study provides a scientific basis for exploring the hazardous status of food contaminants and foodborne pathogens in human beings in Jilin Province.
