利用复性速率法 (Tm值法 )和高效液相色谱法 (HPL C法 )对生化性状比较相近的椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种、唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德氏菌和椰毒伯克霍尔德氏菌共 7个菌株的鸟嘌呤 (G)和胞嘧啶 (C)摩尔百分含量 (G+ C) %进行了测定 ,并对这 2种方法做了对比研究。结果发现 ,3个种的 7个菌株的 (G+ C) %比较接近 ,不能否定这 3个种的细菌属于同一个种。另外 ,HPL C法比 Tm值法的准确性好 ,但重复性不如后者
By using the renaturation rate method (Tm value method) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPL C method), Pseudomonas solanacearum subsp. Cotmanii, Burkholderia gladioli and coconut pomace Burkholderia strains of seven strains of guanine (G) and cytosolic (C) mol% (G + C)% were measured, and the two methods were compared.
