目的研究一种新型可固化复合季铵盐消毒剂的杀菌效果及其长效性。方法采用实验室载体定量法和现场实验法,对该消毒剂的杀菌效果及其长效性进行研究。结果该消毒剂对不同载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min后杀灭对数值>3.00,对不同载体上的大肠杆菌作用45 min后杀灭对数值>3.00,且杀灭效果可持续44 d;该长效抗菌消毒剂作用30 min,可有效减少医院病房床头柜表面细菌,17个样本的平均杀灭对数值为1.22,一次性使用该长效抗菌消毒剂(21 d后)与医院每天进行常规消毒相比,这两种消毒方法对医院病房床头柜表面细菌消毒效果差异无统计学意义。结论该消毒剂对一般物体表面消毒效果较好,且具有一定长效性。
Objective To study the bactericidal effect and long-term efficacy of a new type of curable composite quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant. Methods The bactericidal effect and long-term efficacy of the disinfectant were studied by the method of laboratory vector quantification and field experiment. Results The disinfectant killed Staphylococcus aureus on different carriers after 5 min, killing logarithm> 3.00, killing E. coli at different carriers for 45 min, killing logarithm> 3.00 and killing effect for 44 days ; The long-acting antibacterial disinfectant for 30 min, which can effectively reduce the surface bedside cabinet bacteria in the hospital ward, the average kill logarithm of 17 samples was 1.22, a one-time use of the long-acting antibacterial disinfectant (21 d) and the hospital daily Compared with the conventional disinfection, the sterilizing effect of the two disinfection methods on the bedside cabinet of the hospital wards was not statistically different. Conclusion The disinfectant disinfects the surface of common objects better and has certain long-term effect.
