用随机区组设计方法,将小鼠随机分为高碘、低碘、适碘3组。碘通过饮水给予,复制成高碘、低碘甲状腺肿动物模型,进而对甲状腺肿动物进行胚胎毒性观察。结果发现:(1)甲状腺肿孕鼠的受孕率、吸收胎率、死胎率、畸胎率及胎鼠的外观、内脏、骨骼畸形,3组间未发现有显著差异。3组间窝平均体重和窝平均胎盘重亦未发现有差别。(2)高碘组活胎平均身长较适碘组短,低碘组活胎平均尾长较适碘组短,尾椎数较适碘组少。(3)高碘组仔鼠的囱门闭合程度较适碘组迟缓,而低碘组仔鼠的囱门闭合程度,胸骨、枕骨的发育程度均较适碘组明显迟缓。(4)高碘、低碘组仔鼠长毛、张耳、睁眼等生理发育时间均较适碘组明显延迟。提示:①高碘可引起一定的胚胎毒性,其机理与低碘可能不同。②告诫人们对高碘危害应引起足够的重视。
Randomized block design method, the mice were randomly divided into high iodine, low iodine, suitable iodine 3 groups. Iodine is given by drinking water and copied into a high iodine and iodine-iodine goiter animal model, and then the embryotoxicity of the goiter animal is observed. The results were as follows: (1) There was no significant difference among the three groups in terms of conception rate, absorption rate, stillbirth rate, teratogenic rate and fetal rat appearance, internal organs and skeletal deformity. There was no difference between the mean body weight of the three groups and the average weight of the litter. (2) The average length of live births in iodine group was shorter than that of iodine group, and the average tail length of live births in iodine-poor group was shorter than that of iodine group. (3) In the iodine group, the degree of closure of the fissure gate was slower than that of the iodine group, while the closure degree of the fissure gate and the development of the sternum and occiput in the iodine group were significantly slower than those in the iodine group. (4) Physiological development time of pups with high iodine and iodine groups were longer than that of iodine group obviously. Tip: ① high iodine can cause some embryotoxicity, the mechanism may be different with low iodine. ② warned people against the dangers of high iodine should cause enough attention.
