我院从1993年2月～1994年1月用日产OrympusENF-T_3型光导纤维喉镜进行喉部检查及手术切除声带肿物,其中资料完整219例,现分析如下。 临床资料 一、年龄与性别:本文219例,男73例,女146例,男女之比为1:2,最小年龄10岁,最大年龄75岁。 二、病程:最短为10天,最长为20年,半年内就诊为163例,占大部分。 三、疾病、病理分类:219例中,声带小结142例,声带息肉36例,粘膜慢性炎症21例,癌前期病变3例,鳞状上皮癌3例,粘液囊肿1例,乳头状瘤1例,声带麻痹2例,声门闭合不全5例,其他5例。全部病例送活检病理确诊。 讨论 纤维喉镜检查操作简单方便,患者无痛苦,并发症少,喉镜可随意弯曲,光度强、视野广,可直视下发现隐蔽微小病变,可取活检,摘除小肿物,但充分表面麻醉咽喉部是手术完成的关键。本组曾有1例老年患者因

All cases sent biopsy pathology confirmed. Discussion Fiberoptic laryngoscopy is simple and easy to operate, the patient is painless and has fewer complications. The laryngoscope is free to bend, the light intensity is strong and the field of vision is wide. Hidden micro-lesions can be found under direct vision. Throat surgery is the key to complete.
