利用花药基部开裂长度存在明显差异的粳稻品系TD70和籼稻品种Kasalath的重组自交系(包含240个系)为作图群体,对控制水稻花药基部开裂长度的QTL进行鉴定,并对水稻花药基部开裂长度和其他农艺性状进行相关性分析。利用Ici Mappingv3.4软件,运用复合区间作图法,以均匀分布于12条染色体的141个SSR标记进行花药基部开裂长度的QTL检测,共检测到2个QTL位点,其中q LDBT6位于第6染色体RM3和RM3628之间,LOD值3.23,贡献率6.18%,加性效应17.74%;q LDBT8位于第8染色体RM1376和RM4085之间,LOD值2.95,贡献率8.00%,加性效应20.09%,推测该区域与小穗不育有重要关系,有必要进一步研究。RIL群体的花药基部开裂长度与剑叶宽、千粒质量、粒长、粒宽、粒厚间存在极显著正相关,与抽穗期、株高、分蘖数、剑叶长、总粒数、结实率、抽穗当天最高温度、抽穗期平均温度、抽穗期间最高温度以及芒长之间不相关。

There was a significant positive correlation between the length of anther rupture and the length of heading stage, plant height, tillering number, The highest temperature on the day of heading, the average temperature at heading, the highest temperature during heading, and the length of mantle were not correlated.
