为了研究反射镜部件中胶对系统的影响,分析了胶的有限元建模方法,即详细模型和有效模型。采用详细模型对系统进行了模态分析和均匀温升热弹性分析。通过无热化方法确定了胶的厚度,分析了不同面积的均匀圆形胶点和方形胶点对系统性能的影响。为了模拟实际情况中的不均匀点胶,对同一模型中不同直径的胶点进行了分析。分析结果表明:圆形胶点对反射镜的面形影响要比方形胶点小得多;胶点的不均匀性会造成反射镜的面形变化。
In order to study the influence of glue in the mirror components on the system, the finite element modeling method of glue, namely detailed model and effective model, is analyzed. A detailed model was used to conduct modal analysis and thermoelastic analysis of uniform temperature. The thickness of the glue was determined by the method of no heating. The influence of the uniform area and the square glue on the performance of the system was analyzed. In order to simulate the actual situation of uneven dispensing, the same model of different diameter gel point were analyzed. The results show that the influence of the circular glue point on the mirror surface is much smaller than that of the square gel point. The nonuniformity of the glue point will cause the change of the mirror surface shape.
