数字计算机应用于过程控制是计算机应用的一个重要方面,也是在控制工程中人们十分关心的问题。因此,本刊曾于1979年连载过《电子计算机在工业自动化中的应用》的技术讲座,由浅入深地介绍了电子计算机在工业控制中应用的有关问题。近年来由于计算机技术的发展,在控制上取得了很大的成功。但是,由于问题本身的复杂性,计算机控制还是不成熟的,还有许多问题值得探讨。所以,本刊又特约南开大学卢桂章老师从现代控制理论的角度,阐述如何利用数字计算机实现过程控制的最优化问题。本讲座共分五讲。在第一讲中将就计算机控制的必要性、可能性以及如何选题作一般性的讨论并针对目前的实际应用状况提出一些看法,同时简要地介绍设计计算机控制系统的一般过程,特别强调了计算机模拟研究的重要性。在随后的几讲中将给出不同类型的应用实例,通过具体的例子来说明如何从分析过程的矛盾出发提出问题、分析问题的性质、提出控制方法以及设计一个控制系统的具体步骤。我们相信这些内容能对计算机控制的选题,控制方法的选择以及具体的计算机实施能有所启发与借鉴。
The application of digital computer to process control is an important aspect of computer application and also a problem that people are most concerned about in control engineering. Therefore, we published a series of technical lectures on the application of electronic computers in industrial automation in 1979, which introduced the application of electronic computers in industrial control. In recent years due to the development of computer technology, has made great success in control. However, due to the complexity of the problem itself, computer control is still immature, and many problems worth exploring. Therefore, this issue and special Nankai University, Professor Lu Guizhang from the perspective of modern control theory, elaborated on how to use digital computer to achieve the optimization of process control. This talk is divided into five parts. In the first lecture, we will give a general discussion on the necessity and possibility of computer control and on how to choose the topics, and give some opinions on the current situation of practical application. In the meantime, we will briefly introduce the general process of designing a computer control system. The importance of computer simulation research. In the following several lectures, different types of application examples will be given. Specific examples are given to illustrate how to put forward the problems from the contradiction of the analysis process, analyze the nature of the problem, propose the control method and concrete steps for designing a control system. We believe that these contents can inspire and learn from the topics of computer control, the selection of control methods and the specific computer implementation.
