非智力因素主要是指人的心理素质中的动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格等。教育心理学的研究表明,学生的学习状态与学习成效不仅有赖于其智力因素的水平,还与他们的非智力因素密切相关。就是说,非智力因素是影响学生学习行为不可忽视的要素。笔者针对体操教学的特点,在体操教学中对学生进行非智力因素的培养,收到了较好的效果。现将自己的认识和做法简述于下,以与同行探讨。一、体操教学中培养学生非智力因素的意义
Non-intellectual factors mainly refers to the motivation, interest, emotion, will, character and so on in human’s psychological quality. Educational psychology research shows that students’ learning status and learning effectiveness depends not only on the level of their intellectual factors, but also on their non-intelligence factors. That is to say, non-intellectual factors are the factors that can not be neglected in learning behavior. I aimed at the characteristics of gymnastics teaching, gymnastics teaching students in non-intelligence training, received good results.
