利用织构数据定量估算深冲金属板材的塑性应变比R值 ,对于实现工业生产过程中板材性能和质量的在线监测与监控有着十分重要的意义·按照CMTP法 ,遵循Kochend rfer模型 ,采用简ODF ,选择非二次型屈服函数来定量预报IF超深冲钢板的R值 ,预估结果与实测值符合甚好·
Using the texture data to quantitatively estimate the plastic strain ratio R of deep drawing metal sheet is of great significance for on-line monitoring and monitoring of sheet metal performance and quality in industrial production. According to the CMTP method, following the Kochend rfer model and using simple ODF , The non-quadratic yield function was chosen to quantitatively predict the R value of IF ultra-deep-drawn steel plate. The predicted result was in good agreement with the measured value
