基于有限元预测模型,构建了普通不锈钢低功率激光-双面TIG复合焊,对低功率激光-双面TIG复合焊本身所具有的熔池形貌与循环规律进行了模拟分析,同时对低功率激光-双面TIG复合焊体系进行了实际搭建,并对比分析模拟结果。试验结果显示,实际焊缝形貌与实测温度曲线、模拟温度曲线以及模拟焊接融合线具有良好的吻合度。
Based on the finite element prediction model, an ordinary stainless steel low-power laser-double-side TIG composite welding was constructed to simulate the morphology and circulation of the molten pool in the low-power laser-double-side TIG composite welding. At the same time, Laser - double TIG composite welding system was actually set up, and comparative analysis of simulation results. The experimental results show that the actual weld morphology has good agreement with the measured temperature curve, the simulated temperature curve and the simulated welding fusion line.
