从东风4型机车轴箱弹簧中的内国簧折损的原因分析入手,提出了以防止共振和提高弹簧抗疲劳性能为主要目标的优化设计,作为解决这个惯性质量问题的有效方法。并运用以非线性目标规划编制的组合弹簧最优化设计程序,给出了东风4、东风5型机车轴箱弹簧的优化设计方案,通过与现车方案对比,指明了优化设计方案的可行性和实用价值。
Based on the analysis of the causes of the domestic spring failure in the axle box spring of DF4 locomotive, the optimization design with the main objective of preventing resonance and improving the fatigue resistance of the spring is put forward as an effective method to solve this inertial quality problem. The optimal design scheme of the axle box spring for Dongfeng 4 and Dongfeng 5 locomotive is given by using the combined spring optimal design program based on nonlinear target programming. The feasibility of optimizing the design scheme is pointed out by comparing with the current vehicle scheme. Practical value.
