目的了解大连市区家蝇对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为指导家蝇防制提供科学依据。方法采用微量点滴法,测定家蝇半数致死量(LD50)。结果大连市家蝇对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、毒死蜱、残杀威的LD50依次为0.009 141 28(μg/♀)、0.044 499 52(μg/♀)、0.137 490 08(μg/♀)、0.184 592 448(μg/♀)、>97.27(μg/♀),对残杀威、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱、敌敌畏抗性倍数依次为>275.474 4、23.439 2、15.892 7、6.134 7、2.313 1。结论大连市区家蝇对5种常用杀虫剂均产生了明显的抗性,残杀威、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯均为高抗,毒死蜱为中抗,敌敌畏为低抗。
Objective To understand the resistance levels of house flies to 5 commonly used insecticides in Dalian and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of house flies. Methods Micro-drip method was used to determine the half-lethal dose (LD50) of house flies. Results The LD50 of housefly to housefly in Dalian was 0.009 141 28 (μg / kg), 0.044 499 52 (μg / kg), 0.137 490 08 (μg / kg) in order of deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, dichlorvos, , 0.184 592 448 (μg / ♀) and> 97.27 (μg / ♀), respectively. The resistance multiples of propoxur, deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos and dichlorvos were> 275.474 4,23.439 2,15.892 7,6.134 7 , 2.313 1. Conclusion The flies in Dalian City had significant resistance to five commonly used insecticides. The propoxides, deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin were all highly resistant, chlorpyrifos was medium resistant and dichlorvos was low resistant.
