目的:探讨人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染婴幼儿血小板参数的变化及意义。方法:采用全自动血细胞分析仪测定并比较143例HCMV感染婴幼儿(观察组)和36例正常婴幼儿(对照组)的血小板计数(PLT)、血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)和白细胞计数(WBC)。结果:观察组血小板增多62例,发生率为43.36%(62/143),血小板减少7例,发生率为4.90%(7/143)。观察组WBC明显高于对照组(t=3.551,P=0.001),PLT明显高于对照组(t=2.468,P=0.019),MPV明显低于对照组(t=4.224,P=0.000),PDW明显高于对照组(t=6.179,P=0.000),差异均有统计学意义。结论:HCMV感染婴幼儿血小板增多发生率高,骨髓生成血小板功能紊乱,监测血小板参数变化可初步了解骨髓血小板增殖功能。
Objective: To investigate the changes and significance of platelet parameters in infants with human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection. Methods: The platelet count (PLT), platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW) in 143 HCMV infected infants (observation group) and 36 normal infants (control group) were measured and compared by automatic hematology analyzer And white blood cell count (WBC). Results: In the observation group, there were 62 cases of thrombocytopenia, the incidence was 43.36% (62/143) and thrombocytopenia was 7 cases (4.90%, 7/143). The WBC in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t = 3.551, P = 0.001), and the PLT was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (t = 2.468, P = 0.019) PDW was significantly higher than the control group (t = 6.179, P = 0.000), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: The incidence of thrombocytosis in infants and young children with HCMV infection is high, and the platelet dysfunction in bone marrow is detected. The changes of platelet parameters can be used to understand the proliferative function of bone marrow platelets.
