一、前言水蒸汽转化反应是烃类借水蒸汽的作用转化成氢气、甲烷、碳酸气的反应。在以制氢为目的时,希望高温,低压;在以制甲烷为目的时,希望低温,高压。作为制氢工艺来说历史是悠久的,但近年来,制造无公害,高热值气体的要求越来越高,此反应不如从甲烷制法角度与以再认识。作为原料的烃类主要用缺乏付加价值的丁烷和剩余的轻油馏分,但随着石油价格的高涨,原料有进一步重质化的倾向。今后期待的工艺是从煤油到瓦斯油
I. Introduction Steam reforming reaction is the reaction of hydrocarbons converted to hydrogen, methane and carbon dioxide by the action of water vapor. In the hydrogen production for the purpose, hope high temperature, low pressure; in order to make methane for the purpose, hope low temperature, high pressure. As a hydrogen production process, history is long, but in recent years, the demand for creating pollution-free and high calorific value gas is getting higher and higher. This reaction is not as good as knowing from the perspective of methane production. The hydrocarbons used as feedstock are mainly used for the lack of added value of butane and the remaining light oil fractions.
