有计划地对在职人员进行培训的职工教育已成为日本企业生存、竞争和发展的决定性条件,被看作是企业管理的重要内容。横河电机制作所是日本制造仪器仪表类产品的大型企业,有较完善的企业教育制度。本文根据实地考察着重介绍了该企业职工教育的基本内容和方式以及职工的专业培训、新录用职工的培训和长期的人才培养计划等;并结合我国企业的具体情况提出了自己的看法和建议。
The education of employees who plan to train on-the-job personnel has become the decisive condition for the survival, competition, and development of Japanese companies, and is seen as an important part of corporate management. Yokogawa Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a large-scale Japanese manufacturer of instrumentation products and has a relatively complete corporate education system. Based on fieldwork, this article focuses on the basic content and methods of employee education in the enterprise, professional training of employees, training of newly hired employees, and long-term talent development plans. It also puts forward its own opinions and suggestions based on the specific circumstances of Chinese enterprises.
