目的探讨轻症、重症手足口病患儿血清细胞因子IL-13、IL-10和TGF-β的水平。方法收集手足口病患儿70例,根据病情分为轻症组42例、重症组28例,同时,观察12例重症患儿治疗前后细胞因子的变化。取8例健康儿童作为对照组,分别检测血清细胞因子IL-13、IL-10和TGF-β含量。结果 IL-13、IL-10和TGF-β的数值比较:轻症组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P值分别为0.914、0.367和0.932);重症组和对照组比较IL-13、IL-10有统计学意义、而TGF-β无统计学意义(P值分别为0.057、0.003和0.063);轻症组和重症组比较差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.004、0.003和0.000)。12例重症患儿治疗前后细胞因子水平无显著变化(P值分别为0.724、0.946和0.854)。结论观察手足口病患儿血清的IL-13、IL-10和TGF-β水平对病情判断和治疗有一定的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum cytokines IL-13, IL-10 and TGF-β in children with mild to severe hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods A total of 70 children with HFMD were enrolled in this study. According to their condition, they were divided into mild group (n = 42) and severe group (n = 28). Meanwhile, the changes of cytokines in 12 severe children before and after treatment were observed. Eight healthy children were taken as the control group, and the contents of IL-13, IL-10 and TGF-β were measured respectively. Results There was no significant difference between the mild and control groups (P = 0.914, 0.367 and 0.932 respectively). The levels of IL-13, IL-10 and TGF- IL-10 was statistically significant, while TGF-β was not statistically significant (P = 0.057,0.003 and 0.063, respectively); there was significant difference between mild and severe groups (P = 0.004, 0.003 and 0.000 ). There were no significant changes in the levels of cytokines in 12 severe children before and after treatment (P = 0.724, 0.946 and 0.854, respectively). Conclusion The serum levels of IL-13, IL-10 and TGF-β in children with hand-foot-mouth disease have some clinical value in judging and treating the disease.
