基于本项目组采用恒电流技术直接在金属钼片上以电化学方法制备具有白钨矿结构的钡、锶、钙(包括其复合体系)钼酸盐(Ba1-x-ySrxCayMoO4)薄膜的实验研究结果,分析了利用电化学方法制备功能薄膜中的成膜机制,讨论了晶态薄膜电化学制备过程中的电流密度、电解液酸度、沉积温度和溶液浓度等工艺条件对薄膜形成的影响。该研究结果对利用电化学方法制备相关薄膜也具有重要参考意义。
Based on the experimental results of this project, a series of Ba1-x-ySrxCayMoO4 thin films containing scheelite, strontium and calcium (including its composite system) were electrochemically deposited on molybdenum metal directly by galvanostatic technique , The mechanism of film formation in the functional films prepared by electrochemical method was analyzed. The effects of current density, electrolyte acidity, deposition temperature and solution concentration on the film formation were discussed in the electrochemical preparation of crystalline thin films. The results of this study also have an important reference value for the preparation of relevant films by electrochemical methods.
