高选择性迷走神经切断术术后壁细胞超微结构改变最明显:分泌小管明显减少,管腔变小,管腔内微绒毛锐减;这些变化与泌酸度减少一致,表明壁细胞功能处于抑制状态。术后2~3年壁细胞结构虽恢复术前形态,但胃酸度在正常范围内,此时胃粘膜可能已适应新的内稳定环境。研究提示高选迷切不失为治疗十二指肠溃疡的一种可取的手术方法。
The ultrastructural changes of the parietal cells after the highly selective vagotomy were most obvious: the number of secretory tubules decreased, the lumen became smaller, and the microvilli in the lumen decreased sharply; these changes were consistent with the decrease in oleic acid level, indicating that the function of the parietal cells was inhibited. . Although the parietal cell structure returned to preoperative morphogenesis 2 to 3 years after surgery, gastric acidity was within the normal range. At this time, the gastric mucosa may have adapted to a new stable environment. The study suggests that high-selection fans may be a desirable surgical method for the treatment of duodenal ulcers.
