以直径71.2m索穹顶工程为对象,介绍了索穹顶施工技术的重点及难点问题,即拉索下料尺寸的控制、结构的安装方法、结构的张拉成型方法。在总结国外类似工程的施工经验基础上,首次提出了地面整体拼装、整体同步提升外脊索和外斜索的安装方法,减少了高空作业量,保证了施工安全。根据索穹顶结构为柔性结构且具有多个对称轴的特点,制定了分级分批张拉的施工方法,完成了对索穹顶结构的张拉施工,从监测数据看,施工完毕以后的位形和设计位形基本一致。
