脂质体(Liposome)已广泛应用于生物膜结构与功能的研究。作者采用超声法分别以超声时间10分钟、30分钟及2小时制备了脂质体。经电镜证实并测定了脂质体大小。通过凝胶过滤(Sepharose4B及Sephacry1 S-200)可见,随超声时间延长,其B峰增大而A峰消失。细菌HCG结合物质(受体)重组结果表明:不同大小的脂质体均有蛋白质嵌入颗粒,蛋白/磷脂比值超声10分钟者小于超声2小时者,而结合活性则前者明显大于后者。
Liposomes have been widely used in the study of biofilm structure and function. The authors used ultrasound to prepare liposomes using ultrasound for 10 minutes, 30 minutes and 2 hours, respectively. The size of the liposomes was confirmed by electron microscopy. Separation by gel filtration (Sepharose 4B and Sephacryl S-200) shows that as the ultrasound time prolongs, the B peak increases and the A peak disappears. Bacterial HCG binding substance (receptor) recombination results showed that: different sizes of liposomes are embedded in protein particles, protein / phospholipid ratio ultrasound 10 minutes less than ultrasound 2 hours, while the binding activity was significantly greater than the former.
