目的:评估数字微笑设计软件(ez DSD)在前牙美学修复中的临床应用效果。方法:选取30例前牙需美学修复的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各15人。实验组在诊断蜡型制作前应用ez DSD软件进行术前美学设计,用以指导诊断蜡型的制作,在患者口内翻制临时冠并调整形态,患者满意后取研究模型,作为制作永久修复体的参考。对照组按照常规方法设计、制作诊断蜡型,翻制临时冠,其他步骤与实验组相同。记录医生调整两组患者暂时冠每单位修复体所用时间,及患者对最终修复效果的评价。结果:实验组调整暂时冠每单位修复体所用时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组和对照组患者对最终修复体的满意度差异无统计学意义。结论:ez DSD可帮助医技工作人员更全面的了解患者牙齿美学信息,并在较短的时间获得令患者满意的预期效果。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of digital smile design software (ez DSD) on the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods: A total of 30 patients with aesthetically restored anterior teeth were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 15 in each group. The experimental group in the preparation of wax before the ez DSD software application preoperative aesthetic design to guide the diagnosis of wax production in the patient’s mouth to reproduce the temporary crown and adjust the shape of the patient satisfaction after taking the model as a permanent prosthesis The reference. Results: The experimental group adjusted the crown per unit of time spent significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); experimental group and control group patients with final restoration of satisfaction was not statistically significant. Conclusion: ez DSD can help medical technicians understand dental aesthetics of patients more comprehensively and get satisfactory results in a short period of time.
