对正处于转型升级时期的地勘单位来说,要想建立高效并适应市场的组织结构,除了先进的理论和经验外,还需要对创新型人才进行有效培训。而如何在地勘单位中建立起与技术发展相适宜的培训机制,是保证地勘单位成功转型升级并获得长久生命力的关键。本文从创新型人才发展阶段开始分析,结合地勘单位各领域的技术特点,对新的培训模式进行探讨,力求为现代地勘单位提供更加科学的人才培训机制理论。
For geological exploration units in the period of transformation and upgrading, in order to establish an efficient and market-oriented organizational structure, in addition to advanced theories and experiences, innovative talents need to be effectively trained. How to establish a training mechanism suitable for technological development in geological prospecting units is the key to ensure the successful transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting units and obtain long-term vitality. This article starts with the analysis of the development stage of innovative talents, and discusses the new training mode based on the technical features in various fields of geological exploration units, so as to provide modern geological survey units with a more scientific talent training mechanism theory.
