采用同向旋转双螺杆挤出机制备了聚乳酸/纳米碳酸钙(PLA/NPCC)复合材料;通过差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜和电子万能试验机研究了不同含量的NPCC对PLA熔融与结晶行为、晶体形态及其力学性能的影响。结果表明:纯PLA结晶慢,加入NPCC能明显提高其结晶速率,改善球晶尺寸分布,且冲击强度相比纯PLA提高了13%。但NPCC的加入量存在阈值,超过5%时,反而会使PLA/NPCC复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度都降低。
The polylactic acid / nano calcium carbonate (PLA / NPCC) composites were prepared by co-rotating twin-screw extruder. The effects of different contents of NPCC on PLA melt and Crystallization behavior, crystal morphology and mechanical properties. The results showed that the crystallization of pure PLA was slow, and the addition of NPCC could significantly increase the crystallization rate and improve the spherulite size distribution, and the impact strength increased by 13% compared with that of pure PLA. However, there is a threshold for the addition of NPCC. When it exceeds 5%, the impact strength and tensile strength of PLA / NPCC composites are reduced.
