东北水稻种植区是我国粳稻的主产区,长期以来稻瘟病是生产中危害最严重的病害之一。本研究就近30年来东北稻区稻瘟病菌优势种群和优势小种变迁,主栽品种抗性进行了综述,分析了已鉴定的稻瘟病抗性基因在东北稻区的利用价值,同时对该地区稻瘟病研究存在的问题与今后的研究方向进行了讨论,以期为水稻抗稻瘟病的育种提供参考。
Northeast rice growing area is the main producing area of japonica rice in China. For a long time, rice blast is one of the most harmful diseases in production. In this study, the dominant species and dominant races of M. grisea and the resistance of the main cultivars in Northeast China were summarized in the past 30 years. The utilization of the identified blast resistance genes in northeast rice regions was analyzed. At the same time, The existing problems of rice blast research and future research directions were discussed in order to provide reference for rice blast resistance breeding.
