一、抛丸工艺发展过程 1870年,德国的玻璃制造行业首先使用了喷砂装置(用于生产毛玻璃)。以后很快地被用于铸件清理和其它行业。最初就有纯机械式的喷砂装置(可以认为是现代抛丸器的雏型),但迅即被气力喷砂装置所取代。1896年美国也出现了喷砂清理设备。1908年美国制出了激冷钢丸,实质上直到本世纪的二十年代出现了白口铁丸后,抛丸清理工艺和设备才得到了迅速地发展。1958年美国Pangbcrn公司创造了抛丸清砂新技术,六十年代在北美、西欧和日本获得了普遍应用。美国于七○年进一步提出“四合一”抛丸清砂设备的明确概念以来,抛丸清砂设备有了更大的发展,并日臻完善。
First, the shot blasting process development process In 1870, Germany’s glass manufacturing industry first used sand blasting device (used to produce ground glass). Later quickly used for casting cleaning and other industries. Originally, there was a purely mechanical blasting device (which could be thought of as a modern blasting device), but was immediately replaced by a pneumatic blasting device. In 1896 the United States also appeared sand blasting equipment. In 1908, the United States made chilled steel shots. In fact, shot blasting techniques and equipment were not developed until the emergence of the white iron shot in the 1920s. Pangbcrn company in the United States in 1958 to create a new technology shot blasting sand, the sixties in North America, Western Europe and Japan has been widely used.
