本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计等方法,以20名散打运动员为实验对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统力量训练和抗阻法等力量加传统力量训练的方式进行12周实验研究,并对其速度力量进行监控,同时对评定速度力量指标进行实验前后测试结果对比分析。从测试结果看,实验组训练效果明显好于对照组;抗阻训练是对传统力量训练中力量训练和腿法练习分离的一个补充,它与传统力量训练是一种互为补充的关系。
In this paper, 20 Sanda athletes were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by means of literature review, questionnaire survey, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and so on. The traditional methods of strength training and resistance resistance were adopted respectively. Power training mode for 12 weeks of experimental study, and its speed and strength monitoring, at the same time to assess the speed and strength indicators before and after the test results of comparative analysis. From the test results, the training effect of the experimental group is obviously better than that of the control group. The resistance training is a supplement to the separation of the strength training and the leg practice in the traditional strength training. It is a complement to the traditional strength training.
