大规模企业内部往往同时存在探索能力和开发能力,这两种能力在一定程度上存在着对立关系。因此,企业为顺应时代发展,需要不断进行内部创业活动,如何实现对这两种能力的合理协调,已成为提高内部创业活动成功率与组织绩效的关键。本文基于理论抽样原则,以组织间关系为研究重点,总结出具备双元能力的企业可以通过分离从事探索能力活动和从事开发能力活动的方式,合理构建两种能力之间的界面规则,实现彼此的协调与发展。
Large-scale enterprises tend to exist both exploration and development capabilities, to some extent, there is an antagonistic relationship between these two capabilities. Therefore, in order to adapt to the development of the times, enterprises need to continuously carry out internal entrepreneurial activities. How to achieve a reasonable coordination between these two capabilities has become the key to improving the success rate and organizational performance of internal entrepreneurial activities. Based on the principle of theoretical sampling and the emphasis on the inter-organizational relationship, this paper summarizes that enterprises with dual capabilities can rationally construct the interface rules between the two abilities by separating the ways of exploring and competency-based activities, Coordination and development.
