Krukenberg瘤临床上少见,发病率大约为0.7%[1]。我院1992~2004年经手术治疗、病理证实的Krukenberg瘤6例,现作一分析。临床资料1·一般资料:年龄23~56岁,平均37岁。6例均原发于胃癌。临床表现为腹胀、腹痛、腹部肿块,不规则阴道流血史2例,有停经史1例。3例误诊,误诊时间1~4个月 Krukenberg’s tumor is clinically rare with a prevalence of about 0.7% [1]. Clinical data 1 · General information: Age 23 to 56 years old, average 37 years old. 6 cases were primary in gastric cancer. Clinical manifestations of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, abdominal mass, irregular vaginal bleeding in 2 cases, 1 case of menopausal history. 3 cases misdiagnosis, misdiagnosis time 1 ~ 4 months
