当前,煤炭价格持续走低,货款无法按时回收,职工工资收入骤降系煤矿企业的真实写照,诸如此类因素的存在使煤矿企业的发展陷入了举步为艰的状态中。在这一大背景下,如何强化人力资源管理,稳定职工队伍系所有煤矿企业亟待解决的问题。该文对煤矿企业人力资源管理作用展开了详细的介绍,简要分析了我国煤矿企业当前人力资源管理存在的不足,且创新性地提出了一系列切实可行的方法,以促进我国煤矿企业人力资源管理效率的提升。
