在H.264编码算法中,引入了一种基于4×4像素块的整数变换。文章给出了一种4x4整数变换的快速VLSI实现方式。通过引入分步式算法(DA),实现了基于LUT的快速4×4整数变换。该算法采用流水操作,提高了视频编解码整体系统的处理能力。仿真结果显示设计满足功能和时序要求,并且大幅提高了处理速度。
In H.264 coding algorithm, a 4 × 4 pixel block based integer transform is introduced. The article gives a fast VLSI implementation of a 4x4 integer transform. By introducing a step-by-step algorithm (DA), a fast 4 × 4 integer transform based on LUT is realized. The algorithm uses pipelining, which improves the processing ability of the whole video codec system. Simulation results show that the design meets the functional and timing requirements and dramatically increases processing speed.
