脑功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)能在活体人脑定位各功能脑区,研究脑的功能连接。本文基于静息态的应用模式,自局部脑区功能活动、脑区之间的功能连接及脑功能网络层面,综述了脑功能磁共振成像在脑性瘫痪患儿发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后等方面的临床研究现状。今后需要进行多学科、多方法相结合的综合研究,探索脑性瘫痪患儿特异的功能影像学标记,为疾病的早期发现、早期干预及预后判断等提供客观和直观的影像学依据。
Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) studies the functional connection of the brain in living brain regions of living body. Based on the resting state application model, this review summarizes the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of cerebral palsy in children from the functional activities of local brain regions, the functional connections between brain regions and the network of brain functions.
