目的:探讨电针对创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)患者静息态脑功能连接网络的影响。方法:采用功能磁共振成像技术(f MRI),在电针治疗前后,利用功能连接分析方法分析静息状态下15例PTSD患者以双侧杏仁核为感兴趣区的全脑功能连接情况,并进行PTSD临床监测量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分。结果:与治疗前相比,电针治疗后PTSD患者双侧杏仁核与全脑功能连接明显增强的脑区为眶回、前额叶,功能连接明显减弱的脑区为丘脑(P<0.01,cluster>20)。结论:电针对PTSD患者临床症状及焦虑抑郁情绪状态有较好的改善作用,其机制可能与电针参与PTSD杏仁核功能连接网络的调节有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on resting brain connectivity in patients with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Methods: Functional magnetic resonance imaging (f MRI) was used to analyze the functional connectivity of all patients with bilateral amygdala in 15 patients with PTSD at resting state before and after EA. PTSD clinical monitoring scale, anxiety self-rating scale, depression self-rating scale score. Results: Compared with those before treatment, the areas of the bilateral amygdala and whole brain function in patients with PTSD were orbital gyrus after electroacupuncture. The areas of the prefrontal cortex and the functional connection were significantly decreased in the thalamus (P <0.01, cluster > 20). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms and anxiety and depression mood of patients with PTSD. The mechanism may be related to the regulation of electroacupuncture (ATS) in the functional connectivity of amygdala in PTSD patients.
