一般煤焦油的定硫法很多,主要有碱熔法、封闭管法、管状炉和氧弹法等。使硫氧化成硫酸根(SO_4=),用硫酸钡沉淀重量法,操作需2—3天,手续也很复杂。现在我们采用氧弹法氧化,以四羟基醌(或玫瑰红酸钠)为指示剂。用氯化钡滴定,操作异常方便,大大缩短了分析时间(约一小时已足)。本法不仅能用于石油定硫,并且还可应用于有机分析和其他定硫分析。
General coal tar fixed sulfur method, there are alkali melting method, closed tube method, tubular furnace and oxygen bomb method. Sulfur oxidation to sulfate (SO_4 =), using barium sulfate precipitation gravimetric method, the operation takes 2-3 days, the procedure is very complicated. Now we use oxygen bomb oxidation, with four hydroxyquinone (or sodium rhodinate) as an indicator. With barium chloride titration, the operation is very convenient, greatly reducing the analysis time (about one hour already enough). This Law can not only be used for oil sulfur determination, but also can be applied to organic analysis and other sulfur determination.
