基于TRIZ创新理论研究了一种具有捡拾、输送、脱土和收集多功能的玉米根茬收集装置,通过分析与研究,建立了玉米根茬收集装置的三维实体模型,采用有限单元法进行模态分析,计算得出了玉米根茬收集装置前20阶固有频率和主要振动特征,并对玉米根茬收集装置进行了模态试验研究,采用频域和时域相结合的模态参数识别方法获得了装置的固有频率,应用计算模态与试验模态相结合的方法分析玉米根茬收集装置的振动特性,为进一步研究其动力学性能与结构优化设计提供了一定的依据.
Based on TRIZ innovation theory, a multi-functional corn stubble collecting device was studied.
