结扎或切断21条犬冠状动脉左前降支的上1/3处后18~24 h,于左室前壁缺血或梗塞处取材进行组织化学和电镜观察。实验结果显示缺血区心肌内糖原减少或消失,碱性磷酸酶和三磷酸腺苷酶反应阳性的毛细血管数量减少或分布不均,后者可显示心肌内微循环障碍。同时表明心肌内琥珀酸脱氢酶的反应颗粒明显减少或消失,是心肌缺血较敏感而可靠的指标。梗塞灶周围心肌出现脂肪变性。电镜
After 18-24 h of ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery in 21 dogs, the histological and electron microscopic observations were made on the left anterior ischemic or infarcted area. The experimental results showed that the glycogen in the ischemic myocardium was reduced or disappeared, and the number of capillaries positive for alkaline phosphatase and adenosine triphosphatase was reduced or unevenly distributed, and the latter could show microcirculation in the myocardium. At the same time, the response particles of succinate dehydrogenase in myocardium were significantly reduced or disappeared, which is a sensitive and reliable indicator of myocardial ischemia.
