高压脉冲射流酸化解堵是用于低渗透油田增产增注的新技术。该工艺可根据地层堵塞情况及程度 ,选择酸液种类、酸液浓度、射流脉冲频率、处理时间和处理层位。该文从水动力学和酸化机理的角度 ,对高压脉冲射流酸化解堵的基本原理、工艺技术及有关的计算方法加以论述 ,实际井例证明该技术解堵的增产效果显著。
High-pressure pulsed jet acidification plugging is a new technology for increasing production and increasing injection in low-permeability oilfields. The process can be based on the formation of clogging and extent of choice of acid type, acid concentration, jet pulse frequency, processing time and processing horizon. From the view of hydrodynamics and acidification mechanism, the paper discusses the basic principle, process technology and related calculation method of high pressure pulsed jet acidification plugging. The actual well example shows that this technology has significant effect of increasing production.
