提出一种细丝直径在线测量方法,利用半导体激光作为点光源,发出球面波;通过细丝后在其后菲涅耳衍射区留下阴影,测量阴影宽度可得细丝直径;同时,利用两个相距一定距离的点光源对同一细丝投影,测量两个投影之间的距离可得细丝位置的晃动量,从而校正直径测量值。
A method for on-line measurement of filament diameter is proposed, in which a semiconductor laser is used as a point light source to emit a spherical wave; a thin wire is used to leave a shadow in the Fresnel diffraction region thereafter, and the width of the shadow is measured to obtain a filament diameter; meanwhile, Point light sources at a distance project the same filament, measuring the distance between the two projections gives the amount of slippage of the filament position, thus correcting the diameter measurement.
